Spring Symposium
The 11th annual Spring Symposium will be held from May 20 - 22, 2009.
The theme of the 2008 symposium was : "Shaping our Future: Teaching and Learning at UW-Madison." The Symposium explored what is enduring about teaching and learning at UW-Madison, and what has dramatically changed. Issues discussed included: lasting values that frame our teaching, changes in what represents pedagogical innovation (and what the future might bring), and revolutionary technological changes, and dramatic ways in which our students change and learn.
